2060 Logan Ave, on the corner of S Evans St, across from the murals at Chicano Park and tucked in beside the freeway on-ramp. We opened here in April 2020. Angus chuck pressed onto a hot flat top the second you order it — a semi-smash, so it takes a dark crust but stays thick and juicy. No pre-cooked patties, no holding drawer, so give it about 13 minutes or order ahead. Sidewalk patio out front under the red umbrellas, plus indoor counter seating. There are steps up to the door, so the entrance is not step-free; the patio is street level. ADA-compliant restroom inside. Beer and wine, and this is the only shop that pours them. Singles are 3 oz, doubles 6 oz, triples 9 oz. Free street parking on Logan Ave, and the Barrio Logan trolley station is about a ten-minute walk. Open Tuesday to Friday 10–8, Saturday and Sunday 11–8, closed Monday.
